“I thought BeachFit was really great and worked very well.  I was coming at it from the perspective of someone who is “exercise challenged”.  I was daunted by the prospect of a fitness weekend but found it was a very good balance of exercise I could cope with and also some exercise to test me out and make myself push a bit harder than I normally would. I also appreciated Roz’s patience with me being diabetic, and ensuring the food options would work for me, particularly with doing more exercise. Loved the yoga on the lawn at sunset, the tree house and garden massages were great and the educational seminars very useful.
