BeachFit Programme

Roz Alexander is your BeachFit trainer. A current NPC Figure Athlete and Director of Revolution Fitness Personal Training, Roz is also a cancer survivor and mother of three. She brings a wealth of personal and professional experience to BeachFit, and provides guidance in nutrition and fitness in a fun, empathetic manner.  You can find out more about Roz here.

Qualifications: Bachelor of Business Degree – Queensland University of Technology, Brisbane Australia; Certified Master Trainer  – Australian Institute of Fitness; Certified Personal Trainer – FISAF; Cert III and Cert IV qualified Trainer – Australian Institute of Fitness; CPR Qualified: Primary care, Secondary care, Care for children – Emergency First Response; Specialist in Performance Nutrition – International Sport Sciences Association.

Daily exercise programmes include both cardio and strength sessions – on the beach, in the garden or in the villa gym and pool.

Sunset yoga and daily massages are included for a sense of wellbeing. Other spa treatments are also available upon request.

Island excursions and fun activities allow you to explore the island and may include snorkeling, trekking or kayaking.

All meals are served around the BeachFit philosophy for optimum nutrition – to deliver energy and help achieve weightloss. 6 meals/snacks are served each day.

Guests are encouraged to eat within their personal requirements, however there is access to plentiful food as weight loss may not be your goal.

All recipes are carefully chosen by our resident Thai chef to offer delicious and healthy cuisine. Fresh herbs, fruit and vegetables are selected from our own kitchen garden.

We avoid using MSG and artificial flavors and focus on local in season produce. With prior notice, we also cater to guests with food allergies. So, please let us know your dietary requirements before your stay.

Thai cooking classes are also available upon request.

Stay BeachFit

Roz will provide nutrition and exercise tips throughout your stay that will help you to carry on living a healthy lifestyle.

Take-home packs, which include exercise kits, recipes and a customised plan for fitness and nutrition, are provided at the end of your stay.
